As Chief Operating Officer at Whiteflash, I am responsible for all aspects of the operation including diamond buying, SEO, web development, jewelry production, logistics, accounting, customer service and human resources. I am proud of the TEAM we have built and our many accomplishments. We have continued to grow our business through challenging times including the Great Recession and the Covid Pandemic. We achieved ISO9000 certification in 2010, one of the few jewelry retailers anywhere to have earned this significant distinction. Maintaining ISO certification has enabled us to continually improve our performance resulting in an A+ rating from the BBB and winning the coveted BBB Pinnacle Award multiple times. In addition to maintaining a deep in-house inventory of precision cut diamonds, including our flagship A CUT ABOVE super ideal brand, we have transitioned from a pure-play e-commerce company to a hybrid model with a retail showroom in the fourth largest market in America. We have grown our portfolio of fine bridal brands and become members of the American Gem Society.Continuing to build robust web capabilities, including a full re-design to a mobile-first technology, we have grown our customer base both domestically and internationally. Having laid a strong foundation in our online and physical infrastructures we are have positioned Whiteflash well for scalable growth and profitability.
