As the Support Team Lead for AleHorn, I oversee a dynamic team of support agents who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our clients. With remote work becoming the new norm, our team has adapted to provide seamless assistance to our customers across the globe.Responsibilities:• Manage and motivate a team of remote support agents to meet and exceed customer service targets• Implement and improve support processes and procedures to streamline the customer experience• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely responses to inquiries• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on support priorities and initiatives• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on team performance and customer satisfaction metricsExperience:• 10+ years of experience leading and managing support teams (remote and on-site)• Strong knowledge of support operations and best practices• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
