Current- As the Support Team Lead for AleHorn, I oversee a dynamic team of support agents who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our clients. With remote work becoming the new norm, our team has adapted.
- Manage and motivate a team of remote support agents to meet and exceed customer service targets
- Implement and improve support processes and procedures to streamline the customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely responses to inquiries
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on support priorities and initiatives
