I am a senior Political Sciences student at Galatasaray University, proficient in English and French. As a dedicated and motivated student, I have cultivated a strong background through diverse roles and organizational involvement. Currently, I am an HR Intern at Nestlé through the Global Exchange Internship, assisting in EVP (employee value proposition) processes and gaining valuable experience in employer branding strategies.Previously, I interned at Sysmex Medical Diagnostic Systems Ltd., where I handled resume screening, assessment tests, conducted initial interviews, collaborated with line managers to evaluate candidates, and organized orientation programs. I also have experience from Anadolu ISUZU in employer brand management and onboarding, where I completed a project on employee and candidate experience which I presented to the HR director and managers.My leadership roles include serving as Secretary General of the Galatasaray University History Club and Head of the Political Agenda Commission at the Galatasaray University International Politics Club. I began my educational journey at Kadıköy Anatolian High School (Maarif College).I am enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to apply my skills to new challenges.
