Gaziantep / Nizip belediyesinin Mali Hizmetler Müdürlüğünde zorunlu stajımı yapmış bulunmaktayım. Zorunlu staj süreci boyunca edindiğim bir çok kazanım oldu bunlar:-Muhasebe ofisinden paylaşılan genel muhasebe süreçlerine destek olması.-Ön muhasebe süreçlerinin takibi ve yürütülmesi. -Tüm Mali İşler sürecinin uçtan uca deneyimlenmesi.-Kuruma ait tüm faturaların takibini yaparak ödemeleri zamanında gerçekleştirmek.-Vergi ve bordro işlemlerini yapmak.-Çalışanların konaklama, yemek, servis gibi işlemleri ile iş güvenliklerini sağlamak.-Mali ve idari işlerden sorumlu olmak ve bu sürecin, işleyişin bir parçası olmak.I have done my compulsory internship at the Financial Services Directorate of Gaziantep / Nizip municipality. There were many achievements I gained during the compulsory internship process:-Supporting the general accounting processes shared from the accounting office.-Follow-up and execution of pre-accounting processes. -End-to-end experience of the entire Financial Affairs process.-To follow up all invoices of the institution and to make payments on time.-To carry out tax and payroll transactions.- To ensure the occupational safety of employees with operations such as accommodation, food and service.-To be responsible for financial and administrative affairs and to be a part of this process and operation.
