I am a highly motivated and dynamic bioinformatician with a strong foundation in mathematics and bioengineering. After graduating from the Department of Mathematics, I further specialized in the biological sciences, earning a master's degree in Bioengineering. My expertise lies in leveraging theoretical and technical mathematical skills to address complex biological data challenges.Through my passion for data analysis and deep understanding of bioinformatics, I excel at extracting meaningful insights from large biological datasets. I am proficient in various computational tools and programming languages, which I use to generate innovative solutions in genomics and single-cell RNA research. My experience includes working primarily on repeat DNA analysis, differential gene expression analysis, circRNA detection, alternative splicing, enrichment analysis, single nucleotide variants (SNVs), copy number variations (CNVs), and more. I am dedicated to continuous learning; I aim to develop various prediction methodologies for rare diseases as well as stochastic diseases such as cancer and Alzheimer's. I also focus on creating projects that can be adapted to medical diagnostic tools with machine learning tools.
