Bioinforange (TR) and Bioinfocodes (ENG) platforms were established in 2020 and 2021, respectively. These platforms are communities of volunteer students dedicated to producing content on various scientific topics, aiming to make scientific knowledge accessible to all enthusiasts, free from any barriers. Within this community, I have undertaken roles such as mentorship, authorship, and later editorial responsibilities, coordinating seven major congress, and serving as the general manager of the Bioinfocodes platform. Over the past year as CEO of both platforms, I have focused on enhancing content quality, strategic planning, and team development.

Title: Mapping the genome evolution taking place towards senescence and determining the DNA motifstriggering senescence by causing DNA damage.We sequenced the whole genomes of young, pre-senescent, and senescent human fibroblasts to achieve this aim. The resultant data was analyzed with cutting-edge bioinformatics tools where the emergence of de novo repeat motifs, short tandem repeat expansions/contractions, transposon insertions, indels, single nucleotide variations, and changes in the numbers of repeat elements were determined. Strikingly, when all the genes that display any of these alterations were subjected to a gene ontology analysis, significant enrichment was shown for the genes associated with diabetes, depression, and circadian rhythms, among many other age-related biological phenomena.

I have solved differential equations for bacteriophage survival times using 4th-degree Runge Kutta and Euler methods. I had the opportunity to apply these models in MATLAB and Phyton languages. Thus, a more optimum result was obtained compared to the 2nd-degree Runge Kutta method.
