English as a second language teacher has many tasks along with teaching a foreign language to students. An ESL teacher's tasks in a prestigious private school in Turkey are; -but not limited to- detailed weekly and monthly reports of each student's progress, creating daily/weekly/monthly/yearly lesson plans, creating self made unique materials for various grades, having adequate knowledge of almost all MS Office and Google tools (Google sheets/forms/slides etc). A teacher should have strong interpersonal skills, to keep parents in the loop of private education and to manage students from various ages and gender to move harmoniously as lessons progress throughout the year.
