-Provide overall recruiting strategy…identifying needs, working with field management team and planning recruiting strategy and activities-Manage and maintain placement of all ads across various advertising media (primarily online) nationwide based on hiring needs of various regions / projects-Ensure and monitor applicant pool in each area to be sure funnel of new applicants is sufficient to meet hiring needs-Responsible and accountable to be sure all open positions are filled-Review, prioritize, phone screen and schedule interviews with candidates-Pre- and post- interview communication with all candidates-Constant communication and Project Management with Field Managers to coordinate efforts-Develop, manage and maintain social media tools and strategies to promote open positions and to communicate with applicants-Regular meetings with Field Management and Executive Management teams to provide status updates, discuss progress, gaps and general review
