I was born in 1984 in Edirne. I graduated from Uludağ University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Finance. I completed my master’s degree in Business Administration at Yaşar University Institute of Social Sciences. My graduation project was titled: "The Effect of Motivation on Job Satisfaction and Labor Turnover Rate in Human Resource Management."Additionally, I have received training in sales techniques, communication techniques, applied personnel management, human resources specialist training, and creative writing.I have also worked as a short-term columnist for various magazines and local newspapers.
