Pursuing a career in a global company especially in e-commerce and optical industry or similar field. Having lived & studied in several different countries, and now been working in Shanghai, I have developed a diverse cross-cultural expertise. This helps me adapt quickly to a variety of work environments.I enjoy working as part of a team, but I recognize that a successful team requires members who are also capable of independent efforts. When I take on a task independently, I set my goals and achieve them. I can recognize what needs to be accomplished, figure out how to achieve that, and execute the plan without seeking constant direction from supervisors. I don't surrender to difficulties; I solve problems.
