• To ensure that all applicable approvals are obtained prior to start the work.• Convey all technical data to sub-contractor and to ensure sufficient understanding of the activities to be executed. • Supervise the execution of piping project in an efficient manner, ensuring that all activities are in efficient conditions to avoid downtime.• Control production and quality of the work• Responsible of all piping works and managing subcontractors• Conducts numerous piping inspections.• Coordinate work fronts including labor, material and equipment• Attend quality assurance and quality control weekly meetings• Task risk assessment meeting and follow up implementation of requirements.• To ensure that arranged the required resources to execute the work.• Coordinate with all related parties such as land management, interface coordination and sub-contractors if any etc.• Controlling overall piping and mechanical completion activities• Report to construction manager, discipline superintendent

• Before tendering of new projects, performing quantity takeoff, price out in market and after all these steps report to relevant person the cost account.• To guide purchase department according to technical specifications of project.• Making prefabrication and production plan of project and giving shop orders.• To find solutions about problems encountered in project and to request needed revisions.• Daily follow up prefabrication and manufacturing progress, organizing team to act in accordance with the plan.• Cost finding of manpower, consumables, scrap and etc.• Counting progress payment of subcontractors and contractors.

• Performing quantity takeoff projects• Preparing purchase request according to quantity takeoff main equipments, if necessary, making a market research for special products and request an offer from suppliers. To guide purchase department according to these studies and technical specifications of project.• Examination of projects and make a prefabrication plan according to manufacturing priorities.• Preparing CNC cutting, drilling or bending programmes of plate, sheet, profile, pipes and tubes.• Giving work orders to prefabrication team and following up progress. Organization of team accordingly progress to complete the works on time.• To find facilitative solutions for manufacturing (model of production bench, sample, straightedge, template, shim... etc.)• Follow up, control and confirm appropriateness of subcontracted productions in place.• To attend equipment installation, commissioning and start-up activities at site.
