Responsibilities of Human Resources for Yemeksepeti Product & Logistics Department-People Development Initiatives: Oversee all aspects of employee development, from onboarding through to offboarding, ensuring a seamless transition at each stage.-HR Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for all employees and executives, providing easy access to support and guidance on HR-related matters.-Coaching and Mentorship: Offer coaching and mentorship to both employees and executives, aimed at enhancing performance and achieving organizational goals.-Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to thoroughly understand their recruitment objectives and expand effective hiring strategies.-Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with team managers to monitor employee performance, engagement levels, promotion cycles, and salary reviews.-Employee Relations Management: Address employee relations issues, conduct exit interviews, and manage the offboarding process to ensure a positive experience.-Presentations to Senior Management: Prepare and present key reports to senior management at specified intervals, including employee satisfaction surveys and performance assessments.-HR Projects and Policy Development: Take an active role in developing HR projects and policies that enhance organizational effectiveness and align with business needs.

Responsible for the whole recruitment operation, analyzing & reporting recruitment processes, following up employee files, exit interviews, HR projects, the improvement of all HR activities & processes, employee engagement, internal/external communication, employer branding processes, building strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees in his/her account to obtain a positive employee relations and working environment.
