Elif is graduated of the Faculty of Business Administration and holds a master's degree on Digital Marketing at Bilgi University. She is experienced on different disciplines such as , Marketing Analytics, Interactive Marketing (online and offline),Performance Management, Creating Data-Based Strategic Inputs,Data Oriented Micro Profiling, Customer Acquisition/onboarding,Predictive Modelling(Churn,Value Reduction,product purchase,cross-sell)In order to create strong synergies in the teams which her manage, she decided to improve herself in different disciplines. Began her journey in coaching and development by attending the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She has became a Professional Co-Active Executive Coach in 2014. Additionly, she attended to “Career and Talent Management Program “ at İstanbul Technical University in 2015.Elif is a frequent speaker on analytics & marketing . She volunteered as a student coach to the orphan students within project ,“Create Awarness, Make Difference”, She as well as mentor at İTÜ Çekirdek.
