• Long (3, 6, 12 M) and Short (21 D) term demand forecast.• Supply and Production Planning (monthly) according to forecasted data.• Production planning accordingly short term (daily and weekly) and emergency cases.• Controlling and comparing result with MRP and short and long term planning.• Monitors the production team performance and efficieny on the ground.• Cooperates with Plant management on workflow design and improvement.• To share the weekly and monthly KPI’s with the supply chain team• According to result of compression assigning priority for sales and dispatching.• Taking action according to costumers back orders.• Calculating break-even analysis for new product and according to results generating a production planning. • According to takt time and machine capacity try to develop lean manufacturing.• Analyzing delivery time of the suppliers and take action for emergency and safety situations.• Analyzing inventory turnover ratio and developed for optimum stock level.
