Support stock management of Hafele parts and maintain parts availability, Maintain inventory turn rate. Order parts and follow up dealer order confirmations. Check and manage dealer payments risks and process. Collect and follow in bound and out bound parts claims from Spare Parts Warehouse. Claim to local and foreign suppliers. Manage the daily order taking process from dealers, dispatching note and invoicing process to dealers. Follow up non-moving local parts and support to sales marketing campaigns with local suppliers. Support to pricing process. Communicate with local suppliers and follow up pricing escalations. Follow up warranty process for local parts. Communicate to suppliers and organize claim parts. Make 5S Audits for W/H operations with the standard audit form periodically. Prepare and report sales performance and order analysis in daily basis.
