Currently, I am working at Eaton, a company that produces medium-voltage switchgear. I am responsible for managing contractors. Also, I provide training for battery-powered forklift operation. I spent two years as an EH&S specialist assistant in the elevator and escalator industry before starting my current job. As the EH&S department, we were in the process of digitalization. So, I led a mobile application called Survey App which provides supervisors to conduct EH&S audits. I had other responsibilities to provide safety training for new recruits, manage the monthly field meeting, perform audits, report EH&S metrics, and manage safety organizations like the season of safety. In addition, I was employed as an EH&S assistant at a consulting firm that focuses on health, safety, environment, and well-being. I have been involved in several projects, including the Modern Slavery Audit, ISO 45001 Gap Analysis, Zero Waste Management System Project, and Champions League Project - RCA Training.
