I am a Partner in the Strategy, Risk & Transactions business unit and serve as the Chief Strategy Officer for Deloitte Türkiye. I have 24+ years of energy industry and 20+ years of management consulting experience.I have taken part in key market transformation projects in liberalization of Turkish electricity and gas markets including Balancing and Settlement System Project, establishment of EPİAŞ and unbundling of electricity distribution and retail sales companies. I have also assumed responsibilities in; determination of sector strategies, directing investments of several local and international private sector investors to Turkish power and gas markets, electricity distribution privatizations, providing regulatory support to electricity utilities and several M&A activities in electricity and gas utilities.My key areas of expertise include design and implementation of organized power and gas market places, determination of power and gas tariff and pricing strategies, alignment with EU acquis in energy sector, simulation of Turkish power and gas markets, energy demand and supply planning, post-merger integration, determination of target operating model and transformation projects.As a strategy consultant, my current area of interest is the future of industries, focusing on helping companies set goals, drive growth, gain a competitive advantage, and transform and expand into new markets and client bases through innovative value creation across various sectors.I have BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University and MS degrees in Industrial Engineering and Information Systems both from Middle East Technical University.I’m a mother of a girl and a boy. I am passionate about continuous learning and self-development in all aspects of life.
