• Processing and entering all allocated customer sales orders into the system with accuracy, coordinating closely with Operations to set and monitor production dates. • Communicating proactively with customers regarding order progress, shipping dates, and any adjustments to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction. • Working cross-functionally to prevent high levels of inventory, minimize slow-moving or obsolete stock, and optimize order accuracy, contributing to efficient stock management. • Managing and preparing all required export documentation to ensure smooth cross-border shipments and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Ensuring full compliance with Foreign Trade processes and procedures throughout the order processing and shipment stages. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with shipping and transportation companies, negotiating contracts and coordinating shipment reservations as needed. • Arranging and overseeing the collection of goods by transport companies, ensuring timely and accurate hand-offs to delivery partners. • Monitoring and tracking delivery status and maintained records of delivery timelines and shelf life for all customer shipments to uphold quality standards. • Collaborating with the Technical Manager to log, process, and resolve customer complaints according to internal and customer-specific guidelines, providing management with reports and analysis for continuous improvement.
