Throughout my corporate and volunteering life, I have worked in the fields of training, planning, implementation, and organization.The volunteering experience that I acquired nationally is transferred to an international scale thanks to the EU projects. I met with concepts such as active participation, including and being included, European citizenship, intercultural learning and attempted to improve myself in these matters. I took part as a trainer and project coordinator in the projects. I transferred these concepts I learned, too many youngsters and contributed to their personal development. Based on this thought, I have started work in IPEC, one of the special youth companies of Turkey, as a senior project manager since 2011. I established the Global Environment Organisation together with several environmentalists and activist youngsters. As a founder member & president of the organization share my experience and knowledge about the organization formation process with the other members.At International Development Ireland and İzmir NIC, my role as Project Officer has been marked by a steadfast dedication to strategic project management and the effective coordination of EU projects. With a strong focus on building relationships among diverse stakeholders, my work has encompassed designing financial and technical work plans and ensuring the seamless integration of startups and public institutions into these initiatives.Some of the main topics I have given in the training of the EU projects; are team building, soft skills, social entrepreneurship in the youth field, creating a business canvas, project management, budget planning, reporting of projects, strategy, SWOT analysis, green entrepreneurship, European opportunities, Erasmus plus opportunities.I create my training and events out of consideration of the knowledge, needs, and experience of participants.I always would like to be in the right learning process while both learning and teaching and sharing my experience.
