My role includes renewal and new business application creation and submissions, obtaining and reviewing quotes, binding and issuing policies using Applied TAM and Applied EPIC. My responsibilities include processing client requests on a book of business worth over $6M in premium. I would also be requested to review vendor certificates and endorsements for contractual compliance for select clients.

My role started me as an assistant where I would help account managers begin the renewal process for clients obtaining loss runs, updating applications and confirming information with customers. I was also responsible for processing change request endorsements and updating the AMS360 system. I was then promoted to account manager for house accounts where I would be solely responsible for the book of business from beginning to end.

I was responsible for confirming vendor certificates met the requirements set forth by the contract. I would confirm all coverages were current and that all required endorsements were provided. I would update the system to reflect the status of these vendors to ensure no potential issues arose during projects.
