Controlling of monthly and quarterly business review and performance review presentations of the Group Companies.Review and controlling of monthly statutory closing, analysis of differences between initial and final closing financial tables and detail analysis of Standard Costs (SKU based). Financial analysis (SKU, Brand, Category and Business Unit based profitability analysis) and analyzing the net working capital, net debt, liquidity ratios, EBITDA, cash flow, COGS, Capex results of the Group Companies. P&L analysis with comments for the business unit brands & categories (actual & budget comparisons, year to go analysis).Control and analyze of the group companies financial reporting packages, Solo IFRS financial tables and budgets prepared on the basis of IFRS.Preparation and control of ad-hoc reports to division CFO, division CEO, Holding CFO and Holding Board.Managing budget process of group companies.
