Product costing and supporting the SC team in managing any future or existing Plant & Warehouse inventories as well as any related Capital Expenditures,To review and set annual standard costs, to validate the site absorption and activity price calculation during the budget process, to monitor the actual costs evolution during the year, to provide the performance on a detailed monthly variance analysis (COGS + all variances)To challenge and decide the slow-moving / obsolete stocksTo ensure timely completion of all period-end closing activities and support rendered to the FP&A community in relation to the monthly reportingGenerate the monthly reporting to control the plant, warehouse and logistics performance providing relevant variance analysis and evolution trendsTo assist in internal and external auditsTo provide relevant and timely analysis of the supply chain actual performance and provide the relevant recommendations to achieve operational and cost efficiency at the plant/warehouse & commercial organization, and to identify the risks & issues, and put in place relevant action plans / tracking mechanisms to manage these risks & issues,To drive the implementation and to communicate all corporate plant policies and procedures,To ensure involvement in the monthly Forecasting meeting with the SC / Commercial team to understand the implications of the demand, sales, production and inventory decisions taken at the meeting impacting the future performance of the operations,

Controlling of monthly and quarterly business review and performance review presentations of the Group Companies.Review and controlling of monthly statutory closing, analysis of differences between initial and final closing financial tables and detail analysis of Standard Costs (SKU based). Financial analysis (SKU, Brand, Category and Business Unit based profitability analysis) and analyzing the net working capital, net debt, liquidity ratios, EBITDA, cash flow, COGS, Capex results of the Group Companies. P&L analysis with comments for the business unit brands & categories (actual & budget comparisons, year to go analysis).Control and analyze of the group companies financial reporting packages, Solo IFRS financial tables and budgets prepared on the basis of IFRS.Preparation and control of ad-hoc reports to division CFO, division CEO, Holding CFO and Holding Board.Managing budget process of group companies.
