🔍 Passionate sociologist, educator, and methodologist with a global footprint, currently based in France.🧩 As the founder of the NAM Qualitative Research Center, I specialize in qualitative data analysis and methodology development. Over my 20+ years in the field, I’ve developed a unique methodology called ANLA, which focuses on the ontology of understanding. Built upon this methodology, I created ANLAMap, a method for mapping sense-making processes, as well as two models: the Meaningful Experience Model (MEM) and Four Bodies (4Bs), both of which enrich organizational impact by exploring meaningful experience at both individual and collective levels.🌐 I am also the Qualitative Research Lead in the scientific team for updating the IDG Framework, where I provide analysis support to country teams during the global survey process, contribute to inclusivity projects, and lead as the founder of the IDG ANLA Network.💡 My work on Understanding Leadership transforms leadership by focusing on dynamic understanding.
