With over 15 years of experience in human resources, I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters talent development, performance management, and employee engagement. As the People and Culture Director at Kordsa, a global leader in reinforcement technologies, I assume a strategic role in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, in designing and implementing HR strategies parelel to business plan and strategic direction across different countries and cultures. I also chair the Ethics Board, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and values across the company.In my current role, I manage the operating model change of the company, lead the organization studies, and actively coach the executive team. I also design and calculate long-term and short-term incentive programs for the top management and the sales teams, as well as establish global mobility programs. I leverage my skills in employer branding, industrial relations, and HR digitalization to enhance the company's reputation, culture, and capabilities. I am a certified Employer Branding Professional and a Professional Scrum Master, and I hold an Executive MBA from Sabanci University.
