Marketing Operations Manager
Current- Partners with Solutions & Marketing team leader and subject matter experts across client services, product, and growth functions to determine high-level messaging on market challenges and impact of our tools and services- Creates “command center” for all marketing activities, developing and centralizing all team SOPs as well as building out internal intake requests for new collateral, events, web pages, etc., to develop an internal “agency” mindset for Solutions & Marketing function- Owns project management of breadth of marketing campaigns and activities, calendars and work plans, communication of deadlines to internal stakeholders, etc.- Owns assessment and determination of dedicated KPIs for each marketing function and overall activity, packaging up results and learnings in QBR of marketing performance, reporting results directly to Strata’s Executive Leadership Team
