I am an accomplished person actively engaged in the fostering of young leaders in Azerbaijan, international projects, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Of specific interest to me are the issues of gender equality, green energy, and climate change. I have attempted undertaking two entrepreneurial ventures which I eventually flanked, I consider however that both of them have created efficient learning platforms for me. These experiences helped me to become a more resilient and aware leader. As I have undertaken a number of international volunteer missions, particularly in COP29 and International Work4ce platforms, I was engaged in the climate change and sustainability projects. The promotion of gender equality as well the prevention of gender based violence have grown from just being a passion to a cause for me.Through platforms like GenderHub Azerbaijan and the United Nations Azerbaijan, it is my objective to expand the scope of my previous achievements on gender inequality matters. Gaining such exposure, I intend to foster greater opportunities regarding gender norms, in particular, for people in Azerbaijan and fight for the rights of people from diverse gender identities.Seeking to add my contribution to green energy environmental programs I participated in COP29 as a volunteer in a number of projects. I wish to achieve these goals through partnerships with the world’s leading companies so we can have a greater impact everywhere.Working in tourism has also been quite interesting. Starting as a volunteer and intern, I climbed the ladder rapidly and became an assistant manager after having trained newcomers. So as to increase the level of satisfaction of the guests at the hotel. Every one of these projects and experiences has contributed to my development as a leader, one who helps young people on their career journeys through mentorship. Through the six-month program I created, I seek to improve the English language abilities of the youth, their skills of project writing, critical analysis and leadership.Finally, participants will potentially utilize the skills and knowledge obtained during the course and model tastings in the course of MUN conferences which effectively embodies the overall development I give them.In short, apart from being an entrepreneur, a leader and a mentor, I also consider myself a person who has a vision towards making an impact in the world whilst delivering large scale projects. The vision for gender equality and sustainability is encouraging and motivating for me to progress on this journey.
