Precise Position Title:Indirect Procurement Specialist Main responsibilities:- Participation in implementation of SAP (Ariba) Guided Buying, SAP Business Network. Providing user trainings and performing tests.- Implementation of process improvements.- Creating and updating info records and source lists in the ERP systems; - Creation of purchase orders and follow-up;- Interaction with internal departments like Planning, Accounting, Data Management and Logistics;- Interaction with the suppliers;- Complaints management;- Maintenance of the databases of the department;- Creation of standard procurement reports;- Mass mailing handling;- Invoice control and deviation management. The Indirect Procurement Specialist supports the Procurement team in various administrative tasks related to business compliance.

Main responsibilities:- Creating a positive interview experience for candidates (leading phone screening interviews, scheduling and participating in remote or face-to-face interviews);- Helping the recruitment specialists and hiring managers to create job profiles and job postings, participating in intake meetings;- Participating in company image and branding activities (career fairs, job speed dating, open door days, excursions, lectures);- Collaborating and communicating with a global, multicultural team on day-to-day responsibilities;- Using SAP SuccessFactors, MS Office Programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), LinkedIn Recruiter, Canva and Yammer for internal communication.- Supplementing knowledge about the various business processes in an international company.
