In my role as a program specialist at the MS-ISAC division of CIS, I have the privilege of championing the advancement of security maturity for State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial (SLTT) government agencies, including public sector education entities. Key Responsibilities:Building Relationships: I am deeply involved in forging and nurturing connections within my assigned region in the United States, focusing on both appointed and elected officials as well as technical staff.Promoting Cybersecurity: I take pride in effectively conveying complex cybersecurity concepts and services to a diverse audience, ensuring they understand the importance of protecting their technological infrastructure.Working with CISA: In collaboration with regional staff from the US DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), I support SLTT entities in enhancing their security postures.

As a Trade Work Specialist at the New York State Department of Labor, my role was pivotal in assisting workers who faced unemployment due to foreign competition. I dedicated myself to guiding these affected individuals towards new employment opportunities, ensuring they had access to vital resources for education and re-skilling. Collaborating closely with local one-stop centers, I played a key role in facilitating funding opportunities and support services, aiming to streamline their transition into new career paths and help them regain stability in their professional lives.
