I coordinated with all parties involved in the event, including food/beverage sellers, vendors, advertisers, paid talent, ticket sales, and more in order to maintain the event's strict schedule and all-around guest experience. Prior to the event, I traveled across Washington state to other popular hot rod shows to promote our event in Post Falls, ID to bring in as many high caliber hot rod cars as possible.Other local events I planned included motorcycle rallies and hot rod cruises. Each with live bands and contests. Many of these types of events drew well over 1,000 people to our restaurant's premises.During the NFL season, I planned, promoted, and orchestrated the season-long Seahawks game day parties in our bar and lounge.
