Accountable for embedding Quality Management (e.g., systems, programs) principles and mindset into business areas through collaboration with business leaders. Designs, develops, and deploys quality program structure and technology to achieve enterprise objectives, including identifying improvement opportunities, planning and coordinating improvement events, and measuring and reporting goals and progress. Champions a quality culture among Capital Group leadership and associates by educating them on QM programs, technologies, methods, behaviors, and benefits.

Direct support to AF Training & Development, Knowledge Management, Quality Management, and Document Management. Responsible for providing executives and managers comprehensive support to the organization’s daily operations. Involves a diverse range of tasks including office management, scheduling and coordination, event planning, communication, travel arrangements, expense management, meeting support, administrative projects, office technology, and confidentiality. Handles duties with precision, professionalism, and a customer-service-oriented approach, contributing to the overall effectiveness and productivity of the organization.

All responsibilities of Client Services Representative in addition to processing inbound requests and corrections. Additional support roles included Training Support Associate, help desk, and web team escalations.

Front line associate who takes inbound phone calls providing customer service to investors, financial professionals and other affiliates of American Funds Service Group. Help callers feel comfortable and supported while answering questions, explaining financial concepts and regulations, providing website support, or completing account maintenance and transactions. Educate callers on guidelines, procedures, and broader industry policies. Build trust in interactions by utilizing resources to understand business and regulatory requirements, performing research, and ensuring the resolution of unclear or incomplete requests in real-time over the phone.
