As an Opportunity Navigator for the University of Virginia's Pipelines & Pathways program, I am dedicated to helping individuals discover employment opportunities at UVA, regardless of their education or work experience. I work closely with participants to assess their skills and interests, guiding them toward meaningful employment across the University’s divisions and with external employers.Beyond job placement, I focus on fostering long-term vocational growth. I provide support throughout their career journey, helping them navigate any challenges and access resources to achieve upward mobility.
