When I got first got to Wharton, the Wharton Undergraduate Real Estate Club (WUREC) was one of the first clubs that I joined. In my first semester, I joined the Communications Committee and wrote a blog post about the intersection of real estate and technology (specifically blockchain). The next semester I became the leader of the Communications Committee and wrote another blog post about real estate in the frame of macroeconomics. In my first semester, I joined the Communications Committee and wrote a blog post about the intersection of real estate and technology (specifically blockchain). The next semester I became the leader of the Communications Committee and wrote another blog post about real estate in the frame of macroeconomics. My sophomore year I became the leader of the Membership and Development Committee where I helped increase the club's membership by over 100%. After a two-year hiatus from school to work full-time in private equity real estate and start my current business, I returned to Wharton and become a board advisor to WUREC where I helped support club leadership. At the end of junior year, I was humbled to be elected as a Co-President of the club alongside Joanna Lin. This included content creation, marketing campaigns (social media and print), database management, analysis, visualization, and optimization, client outreach, client interfacing (open houses and property tours), and streamlining sales processes through tech integrations/upgrades such as automation, consolidation, SEO, Cloud-enabled organization/automation, and more.
