I'm in the business of shifting lives and helping people to see different ways of doing things that may better serve their goals in life. This role also includes managing all aspects of my personal training business including billing clients, managing our schedules, programming their workouts and obviously conducting the personal training sessions. Here we work towards fitness goals and break through personal plateaus.

This company is an online interface for personal trainers to interact with clients. I managed the film production and content for over 3000 exercise clips based off of an exercise progression and regression rubric that I developed. My role also includes hiring contract workers to code the site, upload content, and all other general tasks associated with building the site.

This role had three primary roles. First be a paramount part of the hiring process for new trainers. We had to pick the right people to ensure that we could efficiently onboard them. That was my second role, to get the new trainers up to speed with the brands standard at Equinox. This included everything from proper uniform to how to conduct the initial client intake interview. My third role was to teach and monitor the Program design aspect of the personal trainer's business. This includes making sure they have proper exercise prescription as well as program written in advance of the workout. Other duties of my job included various management meetings and ensuring the workout floor was pristine at all times. I took an active role in monitoring and increase general morale of the club. I enjoyed this job very much
