Elijah is an avid reader, writer, and editor with a background in training employees and data analytics. They love learning and consistently improve based on goals, process changes, and feedback. Eli began their career in Customer Service by working at a grocery store chain as well as a few restaurant chains for 5 years. Elijah began their Navy Federal career as a Credit Cards Servicing Member Service Representative for 2 years, a Resolution Senior Correspondence Writer for 2 years, and is now a Resolution Power of Attorney Specialist. Eli is working on their Bachelor of Science in Financial Services and expects to graduate in mid-2024. Elijah loves to spend their free time with their husband, daughter, and their family dog, Moxxi!
