Veritas Global Protection Services, INC is a global company that operates as a service contract provider/administrator and ancillary provider in the United States and Canada, and operates internationally (through its subsidiaries) as a MGA/Administrator of extended warranties and GAP insurance.I founded Veritas Global to serve as one of the premier F&I providers, not just in the United States and Canada, but throughout the world. This is accomplished by our excellent client support services, our responsive staff, excellent customer service, and commitment to developing competitive and innovative, but actuarially sustainable products in the marketplace.I started the predecessor to Veritas Global Protection in May of 2011, as an agency selling F&I products to consumers. From humble beginnings in 2011 with just two employees, by 2014 it was doing over $10mm per year in annual revenue, and we created our own administrator/provider, to directly underwrite our business.By 2015, I looked to expand our business into the dealer space. Due to the widespread success of the dealer program, I decided to focus solely on our growing our dealer business in both franchise and independent dealerships. In 2019, we decided to expand into Canada and Latin America. Because of this global expansion, we decided to form a new venture as Veritas Global Protection. In January of 2024, I led Veritas’ acquisition of the largest share position in WAGAS SA, a leading F&I MGA specializing in GAP and Extended Warranties in the Eastern European Union. As the Founder, Executive Chairman, and President of Veritas and its subsidiaries and affiliates, I am proud to lead our organization into a bright future with a unique international presence. Today, Veritas and it’s affiliates and subsidiaries are proud to do business with some of the largest dealer groups and importers in the world. Our organization did over $200MM in annual revenue in 2023, and we are excited for a prosperous 2024!

I started CarGuard about a year after the formation of RED Auto Administration. Through strategic partnerships, I grew CarGuard from 0 contracts per month to providing administrative services for over 1,000 Vehicle Service Contracts per month in a period of four months. To this end, in the same timespan, I signed up over 20 direct marketing partners to administer their contracts. I believe our amazing products and commitment to innovation, client and customer service has been the key engine that has fueled our rapid growth. From 2015 until the end of FY 2018, I led CarGuard through a complicated regulatory climate and competitive marketplace, while still maintaining average revenue growth of 50% per year.CarGuard is located in Leawood, Kansas, which is a suburb of Kansas City, Missouri.In August of 2019, I left as President/CEO of CarGuard to grow Veritas, and Trevor Smith, the previous Chief Marketing Officer assumed this role.

Started RED Auto Protection as a startup with 2 employees. Through strategic partnerships and efforts, grew the company in nearly 4 years to be one of the largest sellers of Vehicle Service Contracts in the United States, employing over 70 people (directly and indirectly).While growing the company, RED Auto Protection maintained some of the lowest consumer complaints in the Vehicle Service Contract industry (which has a notorious reputation for poor customer service and high complaints) and maintaining a prestigious "A" rating with the Better Business Bureau. Also RED Auto Protection achieved Ripoff Report Verification in 2014, further showing RED Auto Protection's commitment to customer service. I oversaw the financial planning, projection, and conservative spending pattern of the company, which resulted in RED Auto Protection being one of the most financially stable sellers of Vehicle Service Contracts in our industry, which is riddled with competitors who are notorious for being insolvent. In 2017, after six years of successful leadership, I sold my interest in RED Auto Protection to Trevor Smith, who served as the RED Auto Protection Chief Marketing Officer since 2012.I sold my interest in RAP due to interest in my other ventures that were focused in the automotive dealer extended service contract and F&I marketplace. Today, RED Auto Protection still continues on as one of the leading direct marketing sellers of vehicle service contracts in the United States under different leadership.
