1. Conducts comprehensive study on energy trading in open access and retail competition environment and submits recommendations2. Reviews contracts and negotiates agreements for electricity purchase and sale among the contestable market, WESM or power producers respectively and the cooperative3. Performs buying activities from the WESM, IMEM, and the Power Producers 4. Monitors wholesale market pricing and performance of forecast5. Maintains records and reports needed to accurately account for purchases and contestable market energy sales 6. Ensures compliance to WESM, IMEM, and Competition Rules7. Interacts with the utility industry to keep abreast of inter-utility issues and to assess market conditions8. Continually updates himself of regulatory laws, guidelines, and procedures and keeps track of amendments as regards energy trading activities9. Coordinates with other departments relative to the delivery of consumer services to the Contestable Market such as connection, metering, billing, collection, disconnection, and others10. Facilitates compliance to regulatory reportorial requirements11. Performs other reasonable and related tasks assigned from time to time

1. Collects and collates data from different units for monitoring, evaluation, data banking and reporting purposes2. Conducts validation of department monthly reports, analyzes trends, assesses and validates results against the cooperative strategic plan, specifically in the departments of Finance, Area, and Institutional.3. Performs relevant studies and recommends solutions to improve the operations performance based on the assessment of strategic plan especially for targets not achieved4. Provides support during the conduct of work planning, and validates feasibility of strategies and targets5. Designs and proposes alternative solutions, tools and standards to the Strategic Planning Chief to enhance the existing system of monitoring and evaluation6. Reviews and evaluates business processes and policies relevant to internal operations7. Performs simulations on the effects of NEA and ERC rules prior to promulgation8. Conducts special research and investigation on areas specified by Strategic Planning Chief 9. Prepares and consolidates report on Sales, collection and taxes 10. Prepares reportorial requirements as requested by internal and external units11. Facilitates the documentation and completion of agreements under the responsibility of the Corporate Planning Department12. Maintains and updates centralized consumer billing information in the main office13. Maintains and updates work instructions, standard operating procedures, and guidelines14. Performs other reasonable and related tasks assigned from time to time

1. Collates and prepares periodic reports of the Line Maintenance Division.2. Types and routes memoranda, communications and daily accomplishment reports of the maintenancecrews.3. Files documents and safeguards the same.4. Prepares and facilitates requisition vouchers, job orders, stencils for printing and the like.5. Assists in the preparation of the division's annual budget and monitors requests based on approvedbudget.6. Encodes and follows-up Requisition Vouchers for materials needed by the line maintenance crews.7. Assist in the preparation of leave of absence application of personnel in the division.8. Receives and handles distribution of office supplies inventory.9. Acts as receptionist and directs customers to proper personnel or office.10. Receives and screens telephone and intercom calls.11. Attends to simple housekeeping concerns of the division.12. Performs other reasonable and related tasks assigned from time to time.
