As I started school I moved to a part time position to continue assisting as needed during the school year and then working full time on breaks.Continued to support our Aegis FactoryLogix deployment and worked with Aegis to find standardized solutions to integrations as well as developed solutions to promote those integrations with many of our machines. I also started to focus on DevOps to better handle the growing code bases and additional developer.

I continued my efforts towards Panasonic MES implementation with a focus in controlling materials and integrating machines on our manufacturing lines. Due to issues with the system, when we looked towards a full factory implementation of an MES we switched to a system provided by Aegis (FactoryLogix). I was involved in the planning and pre-purchase documentation + problem solving. After the deployment, I worked on creating a web service to integrate our in-house test software via database triggers, parse and modify Keysight ICT logs to support requirements of the new MES system, and created a service to get a newer unsupported integration minimally working with an older version of the integration API.

Worked on deploying a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) created by Panasonic to the Printed Circuit Assembly (PCA) manufacturing floor. Throughout which I created SOPs, hosted trainings, coordinated with vendors, developed software to promote automation and communication, and created reports. Additionally, I worked with manufacturing equipment from Asys, KohYoung, Panasonic, Heller, Ersa, Keysight, and many others.

An internship opportunity that I took part in as part of the Engineering Technician Program from Mira Costa. I got the opportunity to work with the Process Engineers and Manufacturing floor to prepare for software designed to track the manufacturing process. I also got the chance to learn about lean manufacturing and printed circuit assembly.

During the quarter I helped students with understanding how the data structures and algorithms work as well as how implementing them works. I also answered general class, programming, and DSA questions on the help form. Additionally, I remade all the project templates to modernize the build system and code. I was also apart of the group that moved to a more expandable development environment that would support the large class sizes (100s).
