I assisted the manger of Video Advertisement in creating and editing the official advertisement for Athletes in Action and Cru Ministry. I gained over 500 hours of video editing equipment experience. I shadowed my manger in every part of the advertisement making process and was granted the chance to put my own work in the project.I worked toward the fulfillment of the company’s goal of seeing Christ-followers on every team, in every sport, in every nation. These players are dependent on God to raise up national leaders around the world who will use the platform of sports to bring the gospel to their country. They really believe that entire cultures and nations can be changed for the better as athletic leaders use their unique positions to point others to Christ.

AIA has a ministry department called AIA Sports Performance that focuses on ministry to and through professionals and students in sports medicine and strength & conditioning fields. I created an advertisement for their Ultimate training Camp, where athletic trainers, team physicians, strength coaches and others are meeting the physical needs of their athletes (patients) daily. Therefore, they will have the opportunity to meet spiritual needs as well.

I worked with over 3000 students from the Campus of Central State University and Wilberforce University on a daily basis. I was directly responsible for organizing and distributing equipment to the student body as well as monitoring the maintenance of the equipment. I evaluated the processes and practices used in the center. I created and implemented the process, which is still in use today, for leasing equipment to staff and students. This process subsequently reduced damage and loss of property. I used social media to promote safety and informed students of rules, regulations and upcoming events. I interviewed and was included in the hiring process of new interns for the department. I trained all new interns for 2 weeks.
