Function as the IT Liaison between State of Michigan and those servicing the MiSAM Program. Primary point of contact, working onsite to provide comprehensive support services for +$500,000,000 program. Responsible for managing all processes associated with all ITSA. •Primary POC for Agency Managers, Contractors, and approved suppliers. Qualify requisitions, provide market confirmation, assist with reporting requirements, ID cost-savings.• Responsible for contractor validation, coordinating assessments, defining needs, and engagement follow-through. • Track engaged resource hours, budgets, and performance• Ensure approved suppliers are compliant with all Program category information and subcontract stipulations• Provide VMS training, process streamlining, and daily support to the client• Manage to contractual service level agreements (SLAs)• Provide response management, training, and performance oversight services. Create retention and maintenance strategies that best serve the needs of SOM. • Interface effectively with all levels of management• Manage additional service offerings including Time/Material, Fixed Price, Deliverable-Based, SOW.• Provide & analyze reporting metrics, based on respective agency specifics. Adjust to specifications of different agencies• Assist in work authorization/H1 requests; update stakeholders on additions, changes, to H1 process• Ensure Vendors are trained on all IT Program Category processes• Manages vendor relationships and vendor performance / service level delivery• Serve as the point of contact for Agency IT managers for the resolution of vendor and contract issues and disputes. Counsel contractors and/or vendors as needed.
