I am a healthcare Data Analyst with the South Carolina Hospital Association. In this role, I manage the data collection, analysis and reporting related to several bi-state grant initiatives funded by The Duke Endowment. These initiatives are focused in healthy eating and active living (Healthy People, Healthy Carolinas), and case management and healthcare access (AccessHealth). I currently manage the data process for both programs, for grantees in North Carolina and South Carolina - a total of 30 networks and 25 coalitions across each state. I support grantees in the use of our data collection platform, Salesforce, serving as an administrator providing account support and training to users. Additionally, I lead efforts to extract and analyze the reported data to develop bi-annual reports, and dashboards that are shared back to grantees and with project funders. Skills utilized in my role include Salesforce, Tableau/Tableau Prep, Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint), SurveyMonkey, Sharepoint, Smartsheet and Canva.Additionally, I have 5 years of experience with program evaluation, mixed-methods research, survey design and methodology, and data visualization.
