My goal as an employee is to find enjoyment reward in my work. To this end I strive to work with businesses that promote products and work toward goals that I believe in and value. I enjoy finding and filling gaps in existing frameworks to maximise customer satisfaction and brand loyalty, I also enjoy using my work to improve the lives of others.My roles in education have largely focused on reducing the stress teachers have been faced with as part of their ever-increasing workload and it is something that I hope to continue to do in the future. I believe incursions are an extremely important tool that primary and secondary education will incorporate more and more in the future and it is something I want to be a part of.I also believe that a satisfying career is built on variety which is why I continue to engage in so many industries. I find that my interest in work is built upon avoiding monotony and repetition.I am constantly looking out for new experiences and skills to develop and am always willing to learn hear about potential, engaging employment opportunities that can support my goals and interests.
