Serve as the UX and web liaison between Law School faculty, students, and administrative unitsto enhance student, staff, and faculty digital engagement. Conduct user needs assessments,audits, and gap analyses. Provide expertise on navigation, user experience design, informationarchitecture, and more. Serve as a key member of the web governance team, ensuring Law School web and digital products and user processes are sustainable with a UX-first approach.Serve as the primary lead for Law School strategic web and UX initiatives and developmentprojects, including web redesign, digital content strategy, Google Analytics, CRM, and emailmarketing. I partner with key administrative departments and senior stakeholders todetermine web product scope and sequence, prepare and deliver project updates andpresentations, and ensure that requirements, strategy, and deadlines are met.
