I hired my first employee in 2010 and ran my first full marathon in 2016. After completing that race in 5:25, I realized that I can accomplish whatever I put my mind to no matter what obstacles arise. I work hard to see the goodness and kindness in everyone before I notice challenges and opportunities for growth. I do my best to speak from the heart at all times and to listen closely and acknowledge what is being said before I respond. Lately we've been helping estate planning attorneys all over the US streamline their document signing process with in-person or video-based Remote Online Notarization (RON) through our vetted network of notaries in VA where online notarization has been legal since 2011. Our team reviews the estate planning documents after making sure all the signers are technically ready for the 10 minute Zoom appointment to electronically sign the documents. We also electronically record deeds in numerous counties around the US. We have built strong relationships with the top 3% of notaries around the US, most of whom we have already worked with and screened for reliability and professionalism.Our customers keep returning because of their confidence in our proven reliability, industry expertise and commitment to a long-term relationship.
