Through the Wabash College Center for Innovation, Business, and Entrepreneurship I have had the opportunity to work for multiple companies under various roles. During my time I have gained experience in sales, marketing, management, client relations, SEO, e-commerce, event planning, and analytics. I've made cold calls, worked on improving social media presence, managed websites, ran a TEDx event, and much more. The CIBE has allowed me to explore so many different areas of the business world.

Helped to implement a new dealer management system (DMS) at Wanaka Powersports while also experiencing life in a different country. I was pushed both inside and out of the workplace through this internship. While in the store, I learned the in's and out's of the dealer management system, which is the backbone of the automotive dealership industry. The system tracks and records sales, workshop jobs, inventory, payroll, customer information, and much more. Working in this system, I gained a better appreciation and understanding of what it takes to effectively run a business. Outside of the store, I was forced to be independent and self reliant as the nearest family and friends were thousands of miles away. In the end, I grew a lot, both personally and professionally.

Revived the TEDx event at Wabash College. The event hadn't happened since 2020 when COVID shut campus down. With the help of my co lead, Austin Hughes, our staff advisor, Victor Lindsay, and a great group of volunteers, we were able to put on a successful event with 4 student speakers and 4 alumni speakers. Producing this event required a great deal of effort, leadership, communication, marketing, and creativity. I learned a lot through this experience; not only did I discover some of my strengths, but I also found so many opportunities to grow and improve on my weaknesses.

Had the opportunity to participate in the Wabash College Center for Innovation, Business, & Entrepreneurship's "Business Innovation Program". Through this experience I gained valuable insights in networking, Microsoft excel, project management, and consulting. Additionally, I worked with a team to create a new business. This entailed developing successful marketing strategies, projecting growth, calculating balance sheets, and ultimately pitching the idea to a group of professionals.
