I am a goal oriented leader and expert technician with over 20 year of experience. I am passionate about submarine weapons systems! Skilled in Electronics, Operational Planning, Troubleshooting, Information Assurance, and Test Equipment. Strong engineering professional with a BS in Electrical Technology. I have led numerous weapons teams in developing training goals, planning maintenance, and ensuring procedural compliance and standards are met. I am looking for a position involved in and managing the design, repair, and installation of current and future strategic weapons systems.During my time in the US Navy, I was hand selected for 3 challenging tours, equating to almost half of my career. I am recognized as a leader and expert in my field. I have been responsible for the completion of over 60 major projects onboard multiple submarines. My team's successes have been recognized at all levels, from the senior manager onboard, to senior leaders in the Pentagon.My experience is gained from a landscape of constantly shifting priorities and deadlines with global implications.
