CurrentClaims Investigation: • Inspect damaged equipment to determine the cause of failure. • Provide technical expertise to validate or dispute insurance claims.Damage Assessment: • Quantify the extent of the damage and estimate repair or replacement costs. • Collaborate with repair vendors, manufacturers, or contractors to validate costs.Loss Prevention/Risk mitigation advise: • Recommend preventive measures to minimize the risk of breakdowns or accidents.Policy Coverage Evaluation: • Interpret insurance policies to assess whether the damage is covered. • Provide technical input on clauses such as wear and tear, improper use, or negligence.Fraud Detection: • Identify potential fraud by checking inconsistencies in claims (e.g., overstated damages or pre-existing conditions).Report Preparation: • Prepare detailed technical reports outlining findings, recommendations, and claim decisions.Work in collaboration with adjusters/ service providers
