I started out on Extra Gang (shoveling mud and spraying floors with a hose). I worked my way up through training around the factory in numerous jobs including: Extra Gang Lead, Filter operator, Diffusion Tower operator, Knife Setter, Pellet Mill operator, Carbonation, Extra Station, Beet End Tech, Sugar Boiler, and White Centrifugal operator. I am currently an End Tech. My job consists of overseeing the entire operation, helping the operators when they encounter problems, and training new employees. I constantly communicate with people from every area of the factory- from the CEO to the janitors.

I ran the engraving machine and assembled trophies for various organizations and events.

I spent my time ringing up purchases, recording propane orders, working in the deli, cleaning the store, and helping customers who required assistance. I also helped change tires and cleaned the auto shop during busy seasons.
