I am a currently attending the University of Mississippi and am the number 3 line cook at my current place of work. Over the last 3 years, I have gained experience in food procurement, management, food prep, and have earned my ServSafe certification for food safety. Over the past year I have learned 7 kitchen position and have been promoted twice. I am passionate about the culinary arts and have learned many new skills in such a short period of time. Knowledgable in all correct cooking temperatures, sanitization practices, and management procedures.
