Families For a Future is an advocacy startup devoted to building mainstream climate engagement. We work to identify, deploy, and scale campaigns that empower parents to take action for their children's future. Responsible for managing all aspects of communications, creative development, and digital engagement programs. Developed digital campaign strategy, ad buying, creative strategy, and brand identity and voice. Managed extensive testing and polling project to identify key audiences, narratives, and asks. The Social Practice is a consultancy helping organizations, candidates, PACs, companies, and philanthropies strategize, communicate, and organize for positive impact at scale, with a focus on racial justice. Projects included: Managing Digital team (in-house and vendors) at Grassroots Law Project and Real Justice PAC; hiring new Digital Director; Managing Creative team (in-house and vendors) at Grassroots Law Project and Real Justice; Developing and deploying six figure digital ad campaigns in two Senate races; managing digital and paid media for successful New Orleans judicial elections campaign; Developing a new daily newsletter and streaming news show on election integrity with The Appeal.

Develop and launch new content products including election mapping hub, social impact tools hub, and customer story showcase with 50+ stories from premier customers in outdoor and fitness, social apps, micromobility, on-demand and logistics, automotive, BI, journalism, gaming, and more.

Scope of work included brand storytelling and creative development, mobilization strategy, partnerships and coalition development, CSR, and impact measurement. Built and led a digital, rapid response content lab that worked to expand the conversation on climate change. Launching at COP 22 in Marrakech, our content was shared by dozens of organizations, influencers, and brands. Identified organizational partners to receive philanthropic resources for added capacity and amplification. Contributed to clean air and clean energy campaigns in India, Brazil, and the UK.

Led CREDO Action's environmental campaigns team and managed large-scale online-to-offline mobilizations — including successful multi-organization, multi-year campaign opposing the Keystone XL Pipeline. Our environmental campaigns drove tens of millions of digital actions, tens of thousands of in-person actions, contributed to 400% growth in activists, won dozens of national, state, and local policy victories, and generated dozens of stories in national media outlets. Served as a spokesman in the New York Times, NBC Nightly News, MSNBC, CNN, Harpers, The Nation, Slate, and more. Led national online messaging and fundraising for 2012 and 2014 electoral campaigns, >$4.5MM raised in small-dollar donations.

Developed digital issue advocacy campaigns and online-offline organizing actions on climate and the environment. Led digital messaging and fundraising for successful No on Prop 23 ballot initiative campaign to uphold California climate regulations.
