• Collaborated with Scientists to develop tailored software applications that would expedite some of their everyday processes • Developed a Web Service application using C# and JQuery that simulated the behavior of two major lab instruments at SeLux. This application communicated with two other major software components and walked users through the processes modeled after the instruments’ functionalities.• Developed a WPF application that allows the lab scientists at SeLux to segment and analyze bacteria sample plate images. • Worked on the backend functionality of the SeLux Algorithm API in C# & validated functionality with XUnit Tests
