I have over 10 years leadership experience in strategic communications, digital marketing, branding and graphic design. It was an honor to serve at the White House Office of Communications and at USAID during President Obama's Administration. I launched KIBIMI LLC, my boutique consultancy providing custom strategic and creative communications solutions to clients worldwide.After being severely injured in the Virginia Tech shootings, I earned my bachelor degree in psychology. I graduated from George Mason University with my master degree in conflict analysis and resolution. I'm a resourceful leader whose career and lifelong passion is dedicated to helping others.I love empowering and working with individuals, nonprofits, foundations, schools, small businesses, startups, innovative technology, and community organizations. I'm very resourceful, I always find solutions by collaborating with others and using my creative problem solving, strong interpersonal and analytical skills. I'm often entrusted by leadership to lead cross-functional team management and project management due to my excellent strategic planning, relationship building, time management, strategic design and organizational skills.
