· Plan, lead, and implement activities on counseling, staff care, outreach/community service, and media engagement.· Lead MHPSS projects and related services by working together with other staff and different agencies for effective implementation.· Ensure the quality of the psychological services and its standardization.· Ensure the psychological service is supported with psychological assessments and/or tests for the objectivity of the counseling services.· Take part in counseling case analyses research and dissemination of the research outputs.· Monitor and report activities monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and annually to ensure that Aha efficiently and effectively provides needed services.
